You might already be celebrating this weekend, what with St. Patty’s Day right around the corner, or Buku Music + Arts Project in New Orleans (Tweet me if you’re here), but in all this excitement, you might have forgotten your favorite math-related holiday: Pi Day! You know, cause the date is 3.14? Special fact: Although 3/14 happens every year, this year’s date has more numbers in sequence than ever, and it only comes around once every hundred years–cause, you know, it’s 3.1415 (or 3/14/15 for those of you who haven’t memorized the value of Pi).
Even if you haven’t celebrated Pi Day since the time you took high school math, let’s be real, it’s another reason to drink themed alcoholic beverages (that is, if you’re of age to do so), and I know the novelty of green beer is going to wear off pretty soon. Enter: Piehole Whiskey, which is–just like it sounds–pie-flavored whiskey. It is also my literal dream come true.
So check out some of these delicious recipes and get ready to open up your piehole! (Yeah, you know I had to make that joke). Got any other tasty pie-themed Piehole cocktail recipes? Leave your ideas in the comments section!
