Celebrate Summer with Smirnoff Sourced Cocktails!

The start of summer is officially upon us this week, and that marks the perfect time for fun in the sun – complete with some cocktails. Our friends at Smirnoff have provided us with some exciting new, summery Smirnoff Sourced cocktails to get your pool parties, beach days, and other adventures this summer on point.

Smirnoff Sourced is a brand new take on flavored vodka that’s gluten-free, made with real fruit juice, and absolutely delicious (even with just a splash of club soda)!  Whether you’re hosting a summer party with Piña Coladas or just need to sip with a Sangria on a hot day, below are a few cocktail recipes to help you toast to the best time of the year!

Smirnoff Sourced Cocktail Recipes

Summertime Shandy

• 1.5 oz Smirnoff Sourced Ruby Red Grapefruit
• .5 oz Lemon Juice
• .5 oz Simple Syrup
• Top with Guinness Blonde American Lager

Sourced Pina Colada

• 2 oz Smirnoff Sourced Pineapple
• .75 oz Lime juice
• 1 oz Coconut Water
• 1 oz Coconut cream (coco lopez)

Instructions: Shake & serve over crushed ice OR Blend with ice (Frozen)

Garnish: Float of Dark Rum, Fresh grated nutmeg, pineapple leaves, pineapple slices.

Sourced Sangria

• 1.5 oz. Smirnoff Sourced Cran/Apple
• 1.5 oz. dry Red wine (or White wine)
• 5 oz. orange juice
• .5 oz. simple syrup

Instructions: Build all ingredients over ice & stir to combine.Top with splash club soda. Pack with fresh fruit: apple slices, orange slices, cranberries or pomegranate seeds (seasonal).

Sourced Spritz

• 1.5 oz Smirnoff Sourced Ruby Red Grapefruit
• .75 oz Italian Aperitif bitter (Aperol, Campari)
• .5 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz simple syrup

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice & strain into rocks glass. Top with Club soda. Garnish with grapefruit peel or grapefruit slice.
