Quinnipiac University released a study that found 88% of Floridians are in favor of medical marijuana so long as it is used in accordance with a doctor. Dead Cats Found Hanging From Trees in NYC About 25 cats were found hanging from some trees in a suburb of New York, many had been dead for the past year.
